Terms of Agreement & Subscription Renewal

Please note: Your subscription is automatically renewed one year after your initial subscription date. To cancel your subscription renewal, please log in to your account to update your preferences.

Your $100 (US) annual subscription (new price effective Feb. 11, 2008) permits you unlimited access to published information from Pulitzer's Growth Portfolios. If not satisfied within the first 30 (thirty) days, $85 (US) will be promptly refunded to you; you risk only $15 (US). After 30 (thirty) days, all subscriptions are final.

Subscriber acknowledges that the investment recommendations are designed to provide long-term profits, that performance in the future may not match that of the past and results are not guaranteed. Subscriber further acknowledges that all investment decisions are his and his alone, and accepts responsibility for the consequences.

All materials and recommendations provided are for informational purposes only and are the sole property of Advance Planning Inc. Making and distributing copies or transferring of any pages in this website is illegal and may subject the offender to civil and criminal actions.

The subscription is with Advance Planning Inc. for the personal investment advice of Sidney Pulitzer so that in event of his death or incapacity, because these services cannot be duplicated, all unfinished portions of subscriptions shall be considered completed without further obligation of Advance Planning Inc. or the heirs or succors of Sidney Pulitzer."

Has your subcription ended unexpectedly?

It has come to our attention that some subscriptions were renewed at the annual rate of $50.00 after the annual rate increased to $100.00 on Feb. 11, 2008.

Rather than ask you to pay the increased amount immediately, your subscription may have been re-set to to reflect that the $50.00 purchase as worth only six months of the current annual subscription. After six months from your renewal date (at $50), please renew your subscription at the current rate of $100 per year.
